Along with Dylan Efron, Sam Arghasi was one of the break-out stars of Season 3 of "The Traitors." He surprised his fellow contestants through keeping a low profile in the early part of the game, then a strategic player in the latter half. Too good, it turned out, since he was murdered by the Traitors on Episode 8, a Faithful to the end.

Britney Spears'-ex is making a bigger splash when he posted an Instagram video of a new shirtless workout video. According to the Daily Mail , viewers started watching it just to see the sculpted Sam jump rope, but many have seen an added bonus.
