Troye Sivan Dishes on Grindr Etiquette

Grindr got Troye Sivan and a group of his dancers to spend some time together discussing what they are and aren't into, each of them deciding whether they'd "tap" or "block" a sex-related topic. Who isn't interested in being called "bro" after they had their "tongue in your booty," and which of these queer hotties is up for hotel sex? (The answer is all of them, Sivan explains: "If we didn't, then we would be celibate for seven months.")
When discussing if they're into someone "super hairy," Sivan says yes. "For me," he explains to a room that seems fairly evenly spread on the issue, "the ick is...you can tell that they've, like, shaved and it's like growing back everywhere." So the singer's more into a lush carpet than a prickly cactus experience; got it. The room is in agreement against receiving a dick pic where the sender is using an object to depict comparative scale.
"For example, a Coke can," Sivan clarifies. Other topics raised include whether they're into someone (or are someone) who doesn't shower after the gym, if satin sheets are a plus (many of Sivan's dancers say they have, love, and advocate for the benefits of satin pillowcases), if they "tap" on open couples, and whether they're into "a strict dynamic during sex" (Sivan's a "tap" for this one).
Tour dancer Theo's response to being called "bro" or "dude" is a speedy "If it's comical, tap. If not, I'm like, babe. I've just had my tongue in your booty," which elicits laughter from the group. Theo shared an equally entertaining answer about foreplay: "You need to preheat the oven before you put the meat in." So true!
It's a joy to watch this group of queer people who are clearly comfortable together and have spent months on the road being their authentic selves. Sivan has shared that "the 'dancers to life long deeply connected friends caring for and loving each other' pipeline = Real" and from the way they know each other's kinks, relationships and personalities, it definitely shows. We love that for them!
