Leslie Jones Sounds Off After Out Conservative Troll Gets Huge Book Deal

READ TIME: 1 MIN.

Leslie Jones is not one to hold back and she's taking aim at the conservative Brietbart senior editor who earned a $250,000 book deal after being banned from Twitter for harassing the "Saturday Night Live" actress on the social media platform.

It was reported last week Milo Yiannopoulos, who is openly gay, received the book deal with Threshold Editions, an imprint of Simon & Schuster. The announcement came months after Yiannopoulos was permanently booted from Twitter for his involvement in directing abusive comments towards the "Ghostbusters" star.

Simon & Schuster released a statement via Twitter, saying, despite its deal with the Brietbart editor, it does not endorse hate speech "in any form."

Nevertheless, the company's statement isn't sitting well with Jones, who took to Twitter Sunday to blast Simon & Schuster for their deal with Yiannopoulos.

Stephen King got in the mix, showing support for Jones, who tweeted back to the author.
