This probably isn't what fans were expecting when Cardi B revealed Tuesday that she'd be making an announcement on Wednesday.

The Grammy-winning rapper took to Twitter on July 13 to say she's "scared but excited" for her announcement the following day. But on July 14 Cardi tweeted: "White twinks on this app are weird. You don't dictate people's action."

She then followed up her message with a few more tweets, saying that people "love to hide behind Black female artist pictures on your avi and be the ones saying the most disrespectful shit about women & dictating their moves and start wars between female artist fans ALWAYS!"

The "WAP" rapper also retweeted fans who defended her comments.

In another tweet, she joked she might make t-shirts with her twink tweet.

As of this writing, Cardi has yet to make her official announcement although it is rumored that she is featured on singer Normani's comeback single that's apparently out on Friday.

Cardi was likely referring to people on Stan Twitter, which Wikipedia describes as "a community of Twitter users that post opinions related to music, celebrities, TV shows, movies and social media. The community has been noted for its particular shared terminology, but also for incidents of harassment and bullying."
