When "Big Brother," Greek Edition contestant Nikolas Papapavlou was on the show last year, he promised to make an adult film once the show was over. On the show, Papapavlou said "I am an openly gay person and I have the best relationship with everyone. I am here to pass my message to those who oppose diversity."

He also posted a graphic for the video featuring a pic of himself with Arvanitis with the text (translated from Greek by Google Translate): "The first Greek production ever is a fact...(followed by three rainbow emojis) Exclusively in SUGARBABES..." (The production company behind the video.)

SUGARBABES posted a pic on Instagram of the couple about to arm wrestle with the text, "How does Big Brother do it!"

After the announcement was made, Papapavlou posted on IG: "Be proud of who you are... (followed by emojis of a bear and a rainbow).
